Thomas Bayles
Managing Partner

Thomas Bayles developed a passion for real estate at a young age which motivated him to obtain his Real Estate License at the age of 20. He’s spent the last decade providing hundreds of millions of dollars in mortgage loans to clients purchasing in North East Los Angeles. During that time he has been awarded as the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in the nation for several years running.

In 2012, Thomas leveraged his experience in the competitive Los Angeles real estate market and became the key investment strategist for Urban Asset Group, a Los Angeles based real estate investment company with an emphasis on growing initial investments through strategic and varied acquisitions. Since joining UAG, Thomas invested in over 30 properties in Los Angeles for over $40 million. Those investments ranged from ground up construction of luxury homes, 2 – 4 unit income properties, and 5+ unit apartment buildings. His background in real estate finance and construction has allowed him and his limited partners to grow tremendously via opportunistic investments.

In his free time Thomas enjoys buying and restoring architecturally significant homes in the Los Angeles area with a select group of friends and family. His favorite pastime is perfecting his barbecue rib recipe while hanging out poolside with his family.
